Shaun began his construction experience in 1998  framing homes in Northeastern Ohio. That expanded to custom trim and finish work, home renovations, and remodeling. He also began learning architectural concrete forming and finishing and has been able to use this in a variety of applications. He relocated to Sullivan County and formed Single Oak Renovations in 2010, where he has been able to use his variety of skills and experience in residential renovations and property management.
